Hi, I’m Astrid—a psychotherapist, coach, and single mom who knows firsthand how overwhelming mom guilt can feel.When Covid hit, my entire support system disappeared—no daycare, no family nearby, no breaks. I was completely on my own with my son, juggling everything and feeling like I was never doing enough. Instead of letting guilt and exhaustion define me, I made a bold decision: In 2021, I started my degree in Psychotherapy and Spiritual Care—as a single mom, in a foreign country, during a pandemic.It wasn’t easy. There were late nights studying with my son asleep beside me, overwhelming moments of self-doubt, and countless times I questioned if I was doing the right thing.
