Hi, I’m Astrid, and I’m passionate about helping moms navigate the challenges of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). My journey with SAD began years ago when I struggled with the dark, heavy days of winter. As a registered psychotherapist in both Germany and Canada, certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I’ve explored evidence-based strategies and experienced firsthand how small, consistent steps can restore energy and joy.
