Hi, I’m Astrid, and I’m passionate about helping moms navigate the challenges of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). My journey with SAD began years ago when I struggled with the dark, heavy days of winter. As a registered psychotherapist in both Germany and Canada, certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I’ve explored evidence-based strategies and experienced firsthand how small, consistent steps can restore energy and joy.Using a blend of CBT tools, mindfulness, and therapeutic insights, I’ve developed courses that provide practical self-care strategies and emotional support. Through my own healing journey and years of working with moms, I’ve seen how these approaches can transform winter from a season of survival to a time of growth and connection. My goal is to help you discover what works best for you, so you can feel more vibrant and present for yourself and your children.
